Check with any insurance companies that your Dad may have used, including AAA, and yeah, the DMV. You will probably need to sweet-talk the help there, and maybe call back a time or three to other workers if the first one does not help. You think they still have pre-computer data? Most insurance companies purge data every 7-10 years. Even Air plane manufacture are only required to keep info 20 year.
