Haha to be honest I'd prefer to have an old Mustang rather than a Camaro, pls don't kill me 
But until I'll live in Italy (I hope to get the hell out of here asap) it's simply impossible to have a "normal" American car like Camaro or Mustang because of the taxes, insurance cost and, especially, petrol cost.
For the Italian government cars are one of the quickest way to get some money because they tax everything they can, it's a shame. And they keep raising the petrol cost and put new taxes.
Maybe it sounds stupid but one of the reason I'd like to move to the US or Canada is that with the same amount of money that I spend now on my car (it's a 2.0 diesel) I could get a 3.0 petrol...
Of course there are also a lot of other reasons
