Question I took a picture of a Camaro SS, but what's the model year?

Hey Guys!

This is the picture:

I know it's a first generation Camaro SS, but what's the year? I think it should be 1967 or 1968 but I'm not 100% sure... Could you help me?

Thanks a lot!

Wow, cool scenery!
Also, in case you want to ID one without doors on it, 67's don't have front & rear side marker lights, 68's do

Yeah, very nice! Actually I was taking pictures of the landscape when I heard the engine sound, I turned my head and I saw this beautiful old car! I had a few seconds to take the picture because it was going pretty fast but I'm satisfied with the result!

Ok!

The engine is a V8, right?

They came with a straight 6 or V8. But if the engine sounded real nice when you heard it coming at you, it was a V8.

Thanks again Camaro!

I'd definitely say it was a V8

it has the cross flags on the fender so that makes it a v8. the base6 cylinder didn't have any badging while the upgrade 6 had a special badge that was different that the small block v8 flags or the big block cross flags. which are also 1967 specific 68s didn't have cross flag emblems on the fenders
