Does everything work on it? i.e. do all four windows roll up and down smoothly, does the heater, defroster, and vents work?...A/c!? are the wipers working, are the wiper linkages tight? steering tight? leaks? 4 wheel drum brakes or disc/drum? fresh suspension bushings? Is the radio orginal or did someone take a sawsall to the dash to get a walmart special in there?

The problem I face when buying used vehicles is saying "I can fix that". Then all those little things mentioned above add up quick. You don't have to pass on the car because a few things are wrong but, deduct from the price.
