Question Help with 67 exterior molding/trim install

I have a 67 and am putting some of the original chrome exterior trim/molding back on that came off the car. I have looked through my books, but have had no luck helping me with the install. It looks very simple, but I feel I am missing some parts as it does not make sense. I have installed what I think is called the weatherstrip retainer (the upper rail that is 2 parts where the door glass meets the top of the cab). I know weather stripping goes in there as well, but what does the chrome rain rail molding clip to? If this does not make any sense, I would be happy to post some pictures. Thanks

The chrome drip rail molding simply clips over the roof drip rail. If you look at the back side of the trim piece you will see that the rolled edge is deeper on the top and has a shallow roll on the bottom. You should have three pieces.

Start at one end by placing the top lip of the molding on the back side of the drip rail. Now roll the bottom edge on to the botom of the roof rail until it snaps into place. Continue the full length. The chrome trim has a slight convex shape so avoid pushing on the center of the trim, it will bend and show as a dent. Apply pressure only to the edge of the trim. Sometimes a 6-inch length of soft 2x4 will help coax a stuborn section on. Do the same for the A pillar trim. Last is the corner piece which joins the two. This piece is applied in the same manner but you will need to close the tabs around the bottom to keep it in place.
