Default Engine Bay Fuse Block - Where the Harness Attaches

Hey all - ran into a little issue. While working on cleaning up the wiring on my '67 SS conv, I came across a wire that I couldn't trace back under the dash. While moving it around to find its origin, the wiring that connects to the firewall on the drivers side below the brake master cyl shifted and 'broke off' one of the little retaining clips for the harness.

Where the harness meets the firewall, there is a plastic block of connections with two harnesses connected here - it appears to be the BACK side of the fuse block that goes through the firewall. When the harness attaches, there are two clips (top and bottom) that hold the harness in place. One of the clips has broken off, so now the harness connection wont stay on. I have been searching for one - but everything I am finding wants me to buy a brand new fuse assembly and harness attachment. I was hoping to find the original 1967 version - and just do a drop in.

Thoughts???
