Default 1968 camaro wiring harness

i have a 1968 camaro with a 350 and factory air conditioning. i was wondering what i should do with my wiring harness? should i use the old one or get a new wiring harness? the wires on the old one look alright but the fuse box is kinda scarry. and if i do get a new harness would it include all the connectors i would need or do i have to get them seperate?

Default RE: 1968 camaro wiring harness

Summit Part # prf-20102

or

Summit Part # prf-20101

Complete harness with fuse block from painless

ps.... the wiring may look ok on the outside but I would bet money age and wear have worked on the insides.
