This may be a strange question but I have had this 69 Camaro forever and just finishing putting it back together and noticed the brake pedal is lower to the floor is that how they are suppose to be ? The bake pedal is hitting the brake light switch and the clutch pedal is hitting the rubber stop so everything would appear to be correct I just don't remember the pedals being like that when I took the car apart 28 years ago !!

 

Doesn't sound right to me, sold my '69 25 years ago but I don't remember the pedals not being even.
