Default Alignment

I purchased a 1968 Camaro RS last year and since then have found numerous issues that the seller on ebay did not disclose. I am just about finished with all the repairs and discovered that when the front sub frame was assembled they did not align to the proper holes, and welded the sub-frame to the frame. This has caused the passenger front wheel to be 3/4" further forward then the other side. In lieu of ripping the whole car apart is there way to adjust the A-arms or a product that you'd recommend that would allow some adjustments?

Have a good shop perform a four-wheel alignment.
The machine will use the rear axle as a reference, it now knows its centerline, and will give front axle alignment adjustments making the front wheels parallel to the rear tires.
A standard alignment aligns the wheels to the car centerline, and you will have to keep turning the steering wheel for straight-ahead direction.
