Default 9" rear end brakes problem

ok so heres the story. i bought a ford 9" off racing junk for my 69 and i was told it had gm axle end welded onto it. well it doesn't it has ford ends. so clearly my gm brakes from my 10 bolt wont fit cause the bolt patteren on the 9" housing ends is 3.5" x 2.375". anybody have any ideas on what the cheapest way the get drum brakes on this thing is? the bolt patteren on the axles is 5x4.75 so at least my wheels work.

What do you consider "cheapest"? How about going with disc brakes: Right Stuff Ford 9'' Rear Disc Brake Conversions - JEGS
