Replaced powerglide with th350 and want to use stock console shifter, but shifter hits xmission, not allowing shifter to set down full on floor hump. I found a mod to shifter box at shiftworks.com that solves clearance problem, but only a picture of mod. shifter. Does anyone have specifics of how much to cut out of shifter box...(measurements or ?) Thanks.
