Default Problems with 2010

IM new with this and bought a 2010 LS. Back in August and since then I have had to change the time belt. . Water pump and intake hose. My ESL came on. Code read for cat converters. Then it went off. Should i replace them ? Can I rip them out ?

Chances are if you are getting catalytic converter codes, the cats are going bad. You might get lucky and have weak o2 sensors. this would need to be checked with a scanner. If you remove them, the light will come on and stay on. It is illegal by Federal laws to remove them and if your car is required to have emission inspection it will fail.
