Default Louver vs gravel solution

So I got some 3M installed over the louvers. I already have been getting some chips from the Colorado snow gravel stuff. I was going to get it up to the back of the last louver, but the guy went ahead and covered them too, not to shabby. I had to try and get a pic thatyou could see the seem. Oh,yeah 5 year warranty from 3M and lifetime by ActionLine here. He left my warranty card open so I can add more to it as I collect $$$.

Good idea. I wish that stuff was available years ago when I was living in Long Island and driving the LIE every day. The road is a main route for 18 wheelers hauling sand and leaving a coating of sand on the road. The front of the car would get sandblasted down to the primer within a few years, not to mention the windshield.

The guy that did it at Action Line (plug, lol) is getting some that is tinted and I am going to see what the corner lights and tails will look like it a little darker, maybe fogs too. Since he can just put scrap over it for eval I dont even have to pay to check it out.

But I had to do something, I just keep my distance to protect the front for now, but there is so much construction, I am literally driving on dirt road some mornings here, and there is no real way around it, but I am going to try.
