Default fender louver question

I am putting my fenders back on the car. But for what ever reason I lost the "speed Nuts" that go behind the fender and keep the louver attached to the car.
I cannot remember what the technical name is for these fasteners. Is it a hex head speed nut??? any one know.?? I have been to all hardware stores in my town and cannot find anything that will work! any help is appreciated!!! Thanks guys

Lowes has them here. The first time I ever saw one I went to a body shop and asked about them. They gave me one.
