Default Hood louver removal

Would anyone by any chance happen to know how to remove the hood louvers so I can re-paint them. Im going to be re-painting the rear window louvers as well and want to make sure they match.

-Thanks

careful when undoing the speed nuts. the plastic studs tend to break easy
