Default Broken Hood Louver Studs

So my hood louver is coming off. It's held on by one bolt towards the front. All the other bolts just rusted through and fell off. The previous owner of the car glued the louvers down in the places the bolts broke off but that glue cant stand the weather. I'm not the type of guy that halfway does anything so I want a permanant fix and I'm not just gonna re-glue it. When I'm driving it kinda bounces up and down a little bit and I'm afraid its just gonna fly off one day when I'm cruisin around trollin the wal-mart parking lot for hoes (yes it's bfe NC. everybody does it.) but that would be really embarrasing so I'm wanting to know if you guys know a cheap fix or know where to get reasonably priced new ones.

Hey, some guy in another thread was just asking the same exact thing!
Do you have a picture of the back side. Seeing it may help for coming up with ideas.

And no I'm not near bragg. I think thats around fayetteville. I'm about half-way in between Charlotte and Ashville. Maybe slightly closer to ashville as the crow flies but it takes just as long to get to both.

I am hoping to get some answers here.

I have some of the studs broken on my louvers, but not enough to get into a twist about yet. There are 8 studs holding each side down, and I have 4 out of 8 on each side remaining. I have pondered the idea of drilling shallow holes and epoxying my own studs.

I'm currently trolling the local junk yards and pick a parts but all the louvers I've found are chipped or broken from hail damage. I don't really have the money for brand new ones. On ebay a set of new louvers costs upwards of $100.
