why are you guys hating? i think black rims can look nice, check out my album....

but with your car, i'd probably go with the chrome... they stand out more

 

you know i think im gonna have to disagree with everybody i think the shiny black would look bad a$$ especially with your light covers and the blacked out windows and the lil bit of black on ur hood.. thats wut i would do if i had ur car

 

CMRO GRL i didnt know u had the black on black going on. i suddenly give u another 3 points on the specto scale. u already had a couple just for being a girl and dealing with yenko's leg humping

 

i like black rims. especially black rims with a chrome lip. and a big lip at that.
Red on black can look real good, but so can Red on Chrome. i think it will more so dpend on your interior too.
also, IMO black looks better on a lowered and/or tinted car. expecially seing how you have the light covers. also will look great if you take that back piece off and paint it black.

i dont like Matte black rims tho[:'(]

 

alot of these cars should be lowered anyways. IMO every car with torque thrusts needs at least an inch drop otherwise it looks goofy

 

yea. but if you lower it like 2-2.5 and have ground effects, IMO, black rims look alot better.

 

that isnt my car, but my car looks pretty much exactly like that. i have a 2002 SS, red, blacked out headlights, tailights, and front blinkers., but with the stock10 spoke rims. so thats why i was asking, cuz i want the 18" zr1's like his, but didnt know whether to get thepolished black, or chrome. i think i will go chrome. will it look goofy if the car isnt lowered? should i lower the car before getting the new rims?
