hey guys, i've seen a couple pictures of some guys on here with 4th gens, that have the same rims as me but they are chrome. Ive messaged those people but there not answering, so i thought ide make a thread. I'm not good with wheels at all but, i know i might want mine chromed, but i don't know how to do it myself and was wondering if anyone here, knows how.

 

Honestly, I like the silver painted stock rims better than the chrome ones. I still have my stockers stored in my garage. The chrome ones just look tacky to me.

 

so you think i should get whole new rims, than just chrome the stock ones i have?

 

Yeah, if you want new rims. I'd rather spend my money on new and better looking rims than spend the money on getting the OEM's chromed. Here's the company that I bought my wheels from.

alright. and ill probably get a bigger size while im at it! what does OEM mean?

 

Original equipment manufacturer or stock.

 

Basically means they are re manufactured replica's of original wheels that come in various sizes and finishes to suit your taste.
