Default Body Guys Help...

Ok.. here is the problem.. its too late and dark to get pics... but on the drivers side rear quarterpanel right where the window ends and goes up the Piller .. the (what i would cal a wrinkle) is right on the top next to the corner of the rear hatch on the drivers side. it is pushed in like something fell on it.. but no marks its more like a wrinkle in the metal fender.. (lighter weight with only3 pieces on metal on the whole body )

ill get pics if i can .. the car is blue and it hard to see in the day.. a friend said it was from launching hard.. i havent got my frame connector on yet..

waiting for builderto get a spot. then i got some go-fast goodies too

thanks in advance if u have any help for me

It sounds like the area you're describing is in the sail panel. If you've been doing some hard launches, that can cause a wrinkle on the drivers side. Under severe torque, the left front of the body wants to lift up more than the right, which causes the wrinkle in back. Preventing body twist (and the after-effects) is one of the main reasons for wanting to use frame connectors. It would be a good idea to have a frame shop check your car for any body twist because once you weld in the frame connectors, that's where she stays.

I have had a couple of my cars that had bad hail damage and had them repaired by Dentless Repair.I have also watched them glue some special plastic rods to the painted surface and pull a dent witha little dent puller, then they remove the rodwith a solvent and do their massaging. It's really amazing what they can do, you can't even tell. That's where I would take it to get it fixed because you really don't want to break into the factory paint job and fix it externally if you can help it. But be sure to get the car re-tweaked before getting the wrinkle fixed. And go easy on the right foot till the frame connectors are in.
