yes my car has morso cold air intake a magna flow high flow cat flowmaster super 40 series im still building if your going to want to run with the 6.0 GTO you betterstart buying some bolt ons I hate saying that us LT1's need boltons to keep up with the LS2's but were not out of the fight yet theres still plenty of potiential in the LT's i just read in my new jegs magazine they just came out with edelbrock heads that are made with LS1 valves to help top end but there not cheap they are 999.00 apieace.

$1000 a piece for heads isn't all that bad actually. And just to clarify, there isn't anything super special about the LS1 valves, the major gains are actually in the overall design of the heads with their cathedrial shaped intake ports and other factors that allow much higher lift on the valves.

A good head/cam package and you will be holding your own in no timevs the LS1 GTO. For the LS2 you might have to invest a little more. I would say you would probaly need to be fully bolted headers, exhaust, intake, etc with some good head and cam work. LS2 GTO run about the same as the LS1 F-body due to they are a little on the heavy side. Its been some time but you are looking at a low 13 second LS2GTO and a high 13 second LS1 GTO.
