This car is great but my boy brought it home and it is stuck in forward. It is not the linkage or the shifter.

Like BC stated, when shifting does the linkage cable move from the linking bracket to the tranny?

so if you unhook the cable at the trans, the shifter arm on the trans will not shift? um before you go under a car and take it out of park make sure the tires are blocked really good so it wont move.

If the linkage arm on the trans won't budge, something with the valve body is likely to be messed up/broken/disconnected/jammed. Did I miss any /'s?
