you kids act like we dont understand power to weight.

now, if you are going to do power to weight there are two ways you can do it, cut weight, or increase power. EVERY car is ruled by power and weight.

we chose to take the 2nd route, because a full interior and a little torque are something we like. my lawnmower is pretty light. but just because its light doesnt mean it has good power to weight. you have to have BOTH good power and low weight. you are producing cars with only low weight and an inability to make alot of power which is why they many times get capped in an embarassing 13 second range (embarassing because for the money and time involved most other cars would be much faster)

Look at the AC Cobra. It mastered both power to weight and is an amazing build even for todays standards. I dont see GM's cobralike product

First of all lets get this straight, you are the reason that us REAL IMPORT owners get crap from other muscle car owners, because of your ignorance.

Second of all, Most cars that Honda make for the North American are mostly automatic. In Asia and Europe, manual transmission is very popular but not here.

Third of all, except for the Si, no civic is made for racing. Its you bunch teenage morons that turn your gas saver into wanna be race cars

4th of All, GM doesn't target their cars to bunch of teenagers. Its targeted for much older crowd, who can afford it. That being said, in USA automatic is always preferred.

SO IN A BUSINESS ASPECT, GM is soothing to the needs of their buyers.

Get Your facts straight, before you spout bs.

Fellow Import Owner, and a camaro lover

Ok guy you have to help me out here. Do you or do you not work on your car? Have you or have you not been to any kind of technical school to validate your statements?

Being a cop requires you to spell good. yes, I know it hypocritac of me to say, but I dont care. Its a baracuda. How do you know we havent been in a 7 second car?

thats the biggest auto newb response. It doesnt matter, with an auto you lose around 20% more whp than from a standard car from the transfer of hp to the wheels and added weight
