and as stated by others there heavey so Base and SL are going to be in the 3.8s range as far as the VR-4 its not gonna blow the LT1 away its gonna be darn close if you convince him to run from a low roll is were you best shot is LS1 take out the VR-4 without to much trouble my opinion

dont know where you getting your info from... all base models 3000gts up to 97 (3rd gen) have the dohc 6g72 222 hp 205 tq same exact engine used in the sl

these are the numbers listed on msn autos.com directly from mistsu so if you are feeling that you know the engines that they put out better than they do you may want to go apply for a job becuse they likey need sombody to clear that up for them

and FYI maybe your the one who needs to do some more research on a vehicle u know nothing about b4 you post up semi-false information

1. there is no such thing as semi false somthing is either true or false....
2. these numers are coming directly from mitsu
3. next time if you going to call out someones fact from a know source you may want to have a source of your own to referance....

my source is the truth. yours, however parts of it are true, do some more reasearch u v8 driving egotistical ****

and i doubt them stats r from mitsubishi because they wouldve stated that from 1991 - 1997 base models had 3.0 dohc 222 hp/205 tq and from 1997 - 1999 base models had 161 hp/185 tq so until u do more research on this car that u DONT KNOW NOTHING ABOUT how about u try shutting your mouth ya ***

Hey 3000gtssuckballs... why dont you **** off, I'll admit I know nothing about there power claims, but I did look it up just now, and Nic is 100% correct... you DONT KNOW NOTHING ABOUT YOUR OWN CAR!!! BTW, a 3000 GT and a dodge stealth, are the same damn car, like comparing a Camaro to a T/A...
