the K20A3's in the RSX-S/Civic Si have only one switch-over point (depending on engine load and throttle opening).
Are you SURE???? My buddy has a 2007 Honda Civic Si and I have driven it many times. And he does have 3 stages of Vtech. Maybe I'm wrong, but i am pretty sure that I felt 3 stages and he brags about it all the time. And he also knows more than me when it comes to Hondas (super Honda freak).

Thank you!

I had a '88 Iroc so I thought it would be just that I can post here?? Does that count?

Cool.... Works for me.

I like hearing feedback to questions I ask and this forum has been the most luck to me because the nature of Camaro owners arent thick headed and immature. (to me its really uncommon).

Take thanks to all advice given to me so far in my short time being here too!

Lol at the at the 2007 Civic Si having 3 stages of VTEC. The 8th gen Si has iVTEC which the degree of the cams are always changing under different engine load and also lets the valves stay open longer so it can help give you more usable power throughout the rpm's. The only VTEC kick is at 6k to 8200 when the motor cuts fuel, people can think it has other stages of VTEC but it really isn't even noticable. If the Si was tuned the way it should be there shouldn't be any "kick" with VTEC.

well if you look at this whole thread, almost everything has a 0 chance of being made. As you know, EA makes NFS so dont expect any of these ideas to come out soon. But at least we can still dream, cant we? .

All vtec is, is it switches the cam profile at a given rpm until redline that's it. It only happens once so there is no three stages. RSX's with i/h/e with a mild tune have 220whp not crank hp.
