Yeah, they have the same rules at our track, but a bud paul has a blown and nitrous fed convertable TA, and on the last run of every friday, he runs it all out and gets kicked off lol... hell dip into the high 10's...

yeah, the stock STi is an HO motor single turbo with 300hp. i dont know the stock boost but i believe its over 10psi. I know the evo is 18psi stock, however its a standard I4 and doesnt make quite as much power. I dont know why the flat motors make more power, just something in their design. the WRX is an I4 turbo as well.
wrong, Subaru doesn't use inline motors. only HO motors. unless you're talking old-school GL wagons

wow, i guess ur right. i had always heard the sti was flat and the wrx was I. so what makes the STi fundamentally different than the wrx? they are both flat 4 turbos

Nope, cause it looks identical to all my timeslips, and when you register, they give you a number on your windshield and when you get your time slip, your name is on top...

the WRX is a 2.0, the STi is a 2.5 well that and the STi has a beefier suspension and drivetrain setup. plus the STi runs higher boost.

So you guys still don't think my car is capable of 11's? Well, I can show you more proof of a guy with a little more mods then me that hit 11.7's, and it is by far few and far between, but it can be done.
I'm not doubting that your car is capable of hitting the 11's!!! He has more mods period!! And just because I'm on a F-Body forum doesn't mean ****! Ask how many people on here like Mustangs and you'll be surprised. I said in a recent post that I almost got a STI I love how the 04-05 look. For little 4bangers that can hang with alot of cars with mods. But just by upping the boost and adding different gas sure as hell wont drop you that much. If it did everybody would be doing that instead of modding the hell out of their car.

I agree with white00ss, If it were that easy, then Id do it, I have a blown vette, and GTP, If it were that simple, and cheap, Id do that instead of spending 5k each to get the power I have now...
