Well at this point and time as is. With all the facts you'd rape his ***. I personally still like limited slip or air lockers for the road. But a 4.10 gear ratio would definately let you get out of the gate faster and the motor will run in the powerband. V-6 vs V-8 well there is the power to weight ratio too. Yeah it's not going to make or break the race by miles, but it does affect it still. V6's have a higher power band so it would have to work to get there and it'd have to have a close ratio transmission. A v8 has a wider powerband therefore a wide ratio transmission could be used w/o sacrificing time on the 1/4 mile.
