I raced my V6 00' camaro with a stock a GT 4.6L and I lost. I would DEF. get the nitrous. You will win. I lost every time. We raced 3 times. My mods were Flowmaster exhaust, SLP cold air intake,and Hypertech programmer.

What if I put in a supercharger/turbo? I dunno if i'm all for putting in spray in my car just for the fact that it has 100k on it, and have never had any experience with it. But if you guys think nitrous is the way to go i'll take your word for it cuz you guys obviously know more than I do haha. But yeah let me know if the supercharger/turbo idea is a good one if not, then i'll probably start off with a small dose of nitrous just to see if the engine takes it and stuff. Thanks.

The 240 HP versign on the GT didnt come around till the new edge came out in 99. The SN95 models from 94-98 had about 215 HP.

Dig is about your only hope and a good list of bolt on's cant hurt. The stang comes out at around 240HP stock. But it is the first year of the 4.6 and they where not the best year if im not mistaken. If you want to kill him for cheap go with nitrous and run a 75 wet shot and kill him.

the 96-98 had 225hp, not sure on the torque. Didnt matter much to me cuz i drove a '00
