That Stang looks like a lot of fun,is that PIR?
I may have to do a track car one of these years.
I remember those CBX six bangers, had a neighbor that bought one when they came out.
It would do almost as good a burn out as my 427 Camaro.
I always loved the 1/4 mile drags,I had a '75 Harley Sportster that would run in the 10's.
I had to dump $5000 into it to get it there, big bore stroker 1450cc with 12:1 compression, ported heads with huge valves etc.
I ran it on the street about 25 years ago when you could still get leaded super gas a few places.
It was a sleeper looking pretty much stock so it surprised a lot of people at the stop light drags lol.

Those are fun to watch and man those guys have some big ones to ride 'em.
I didn't hear about "Pinks" being out here till after it was over.
I've been down to Woodburn for the AHDRA meet a few times, always a good show.
Got a friend that races,I did the cabinets in his race trailer for him and the shop I work for helped sponsor him for a couple years.

That was a super clean little bike, not many of those around in any kind of shape these days.
I had the 500four many years ago.
