can i put nos on my 305? its all stock on the internal parts, and its got 167,000 miles. i heard a 50 shot wouldnt hurt but it would only be used once every few months when some idiot races me.

 

50 or 75 shot, I would def not go above 100, you will mess it all up then

 

so 50 would be good for say about 10 uses and then i might have problems?

 

the thing with nitrous is if you dunno what you are doin, you will have probs no matter what. richen the mixture on the fuel system a little, and only spray at wide open thottle and you will be fine, just dont spray off the lne or when you are not wide open. you can go forever if nothing goes wrong or if you dont mess up in the set up, so i would not say ten uses, but dont go overboard either. basically you will be fine so long as the motor is still strong, no real bad internal probs

 

its a good running engine no noises or anything. its just everyone tells me its only a 2 bolt main. but a lot of people do stuff to them. im not gonna have the motor that long so i guess ill put it on then take it off for my 350. and i know to use it at full throttle. im gonna put it in myself, so i can mount the tank and stuff out of sunlight and view.
