Howdy, been a member of thirdgen since 06, don't know how cf escaped my searches for so long. I have a 1987 RS, strictly a daily driver right now, I've had her bout 4 years now, well used with lots of miles, she was originally a 305 carb car, now 350 truck motor of the same year. 700R Trans, T-top, white with red interior, lots of rust... Still haven't decided to restore or just drive, everything still factory except the motor and missing a/c compressor. Around town get 13-14 mpg, hwy depending on the trip 20-30 (just said 30 because couple yrs ago coming home from Columbia, MO she did get 30 mpg), here in the hills of SW MO 22-24 mpg. Still electric Q-jet, no exhaust or any other mods except oversize (diameter) tires on the rear.
