Recently acquired a 1968 Camaro. I've wanted a first gen since I was about 10 years old (35 years ago now lol).
So far I've replaced the front suspension (roll bar, springs, shocks, ball joints, tie rods & tubular control arms. 4 link added in the rear.
I just put a TKX 5 speed in to replace the not so happy 4 speed.
Close ratio steering box and a new tilt steering column just added last weekend.
Currently mini tubbing the inner wheelhouses and also replacing the outer wheelhouses as well. Can't wait to get it on the road
