Just traded my 1997 Dodge Dakota 4x4 with 154k for a 1996 Camaro Z28 Convertible, 6spd, with 103K on it. It has a couple issues I might need help with. The fans don't seem to come on. The guy said he replaced the relays and still nothing, said one worked before he replaced them. Driving down the highway the temp gauge stayed low, but when I stopped to get gas, water was coming out of the overflow tank. What are common problems with them? Just got it yesterday and its been raining all day so havent had a chance to check anything yet. Also the guy told me its been sitting for awhile and needs the rear wheel bearing replaced. I did notice a noise in the back that seems like it could be the wheel bearings.

I'm hoping these are easy fixes I can do. I might just drop the car off at my mechanic and let him tear into it, just don't want to damage it by overheating it or anything. Thanks in advance.

well took it to the shop, and had the rear wheel bearings replaced, and still made a noise, ended up being the bearings on both ends of the differential were bad so replaced and works fine now. flushed the radiator and haven't had a problem with it going up in temp. again. installed a k&n cold air intake over the weekend.
