Hello everyone. Name is Terry from Northern IL area.

I have a 97 Z28, second one I have owned. Stock right now but will be building in during winter. Lot of maintenance to do on it right now.

I have been building cars for many years now, spent some tiem out of HS as a mechanic before I got into what I do now.

For a hobby I spend time fabricating, welding, and being an a$$hole. The rest of my time is spent jumping out of airplanes.

Other Projects are:
1969 Superbee....just finished the restoration on that one
1992 FXR chopper (Harley) I completed that about 10 years ago and its time for new paint.
1997 Eclipse (non Turbo Neon Motor) built with GT3076.....nothing special just a fun little car for a 4 cylinder.
1996 Softail......stock, havent had time

Plans for the Z are simple this summer. Nose and rear bumper need new paint. Pass rocker has a dent I want to get fixed. Drivers leather seat is starting to show wear so i want to replace the bottom and the upper Rear has a small tear in the backside where the fabric is. I am rather meticulous when it comes to appearance so getting the car back to new condition is a priority for me.

Motor was a warrenty job many years back and it only has 45k on it. I plan to upgrade a lot of the suspension first, install a set of headers and fabricate a SS Exhaust. Eventually I may just Supercharge the Z and leave it alone. Not sure how far I am going to go with it at this point. The Last Z I owned had an old Granatelli Paxton unit on it and I never really got to use it. (another long story)

Hopefully I can be of some help to you guys here and i look forward to your help along the way as well. I am well versed in MSNS building so perhaps that will be of use for the members here.

Terry
