Hey everybody, new to the site. Great forums. I'm Mike, I run a custom auto shop here in B.G., Ky. I run a 83 camaro with a supercharged 350. We got the car to run in the 11.70's with a mild engine and are in the middle of updating it to run some low 10's. New changes are blower cam, trick flow heads, pro shot fogger kit, 1 3/4 long tube headers, tubular k member and a arms, rack and pinion steering, 3500 stall convertor, new fuel system with a custom built under car fuel cell, we cut the floor pans out retaning the factory tunnel and raised the floor 2 to 4 inches for exhaust clearance, added 2 x 4 frame rails, custom torque arm, trans. cross member, tubular control arms, drag link and track bar, I have dropped a least 250 lbs off the car in the process. The car runs a 700r4, aluminum driveshaft, and moser 12 bolt with 3:73 gears. I am excited about this project. We have very little money in the car but have had it for 13 years. I am a diehard f-body racer. We have had 3 other cars, a 89 IROC, (12.12 et in full trim in 1990), a 86 pro street IROC, (9.90's in 1993), and a 92 pro street firebird, (8.60's in 1994). This car I am currently running is by far the most fun to drive and race. I am looking forward to the exhcange of info on this site, I'll get some picture on as soon as I can.
