Been posting a few questions on the 1st Gen board and thought I'd share some more info and pics. I've had the car for 15 years, and it was a daily driver/weekend strip car until I got tired of working on it everyday and started spending my time and money on a new Jeep. I haven't driven it in over three years except in and out of the garage, but I'm determined to get it back on the road in the next few months. Cosmetically, it's close to perfect. Sanded it to bare metal in '97, put a few new panels on it and a show quality paint job that still looks pretty good. Interior is mostly stock, but I added high back buckets and a center console from an '84. Engine needs a little work, but it's a bored 350 linked to a TH350 tranny. I still have a lot of work to do on the mechanical side, mostly suspension, brakes and a few miscellaneous parts under the hood, but it looks like I'll be back cruising this Spring. Thanks for all the advice I've already gotten and all I'm sure to get.
