New Camaro Owner
After a couple of years of unsuccessfully trying to convince my wife we needed a C3 corvette, I tried an alternate approach for a 1st generation camaro. It worked! We just bought a 1967 convertible. It was originally a base (not RS or SS) 4-speed, V8 car (12467 VIN), and now has a 1972 350. The RS items have been added. Car is very solid with new paint and some new interior items.
My project list includes 4-wheel disc brake conversion, power steering upgrade, some suspension upgrades, and probably more engine compartment dress up. I already bought the disc brake conversion kit, and got it from Matt's Classic Bowties. I talked to Matt directly and he was very knowledgeable and helpful. I'll post an update when I get the job done.
By the way (and I will not admit to my wife), after getting this car, I like it much better than the C3 corvette!
