The list is a long one my friend.
Personally, I'd 'clean' it first. By that I mean, go through and find out all the characteristics your camaro has. Fix damaged stuff/parts first.
Then I'd move on to the deep stuff- increasing the horses, of course. But remember, getting that power to the ground is necessary.
I don't know what kind of money you have, or how much work you're willing to do, so I can't really say what kind of mods are right for you.

well the car is pretty clean the interior is in pretty good conditon the engine and tranny are only 2 years old so im not to worried about those but i talked to a muscle head buddy of mine and he said i dnt need to put to much money in the car he said about 5,000 would be good enough if ik exactly what im looking for so 5,000 is my budget for now
