Welcome to the forum! I'm a girl with a '95 Camaro v6 (it's dark green also). I'm looking into mods for my car right now, if I find good or affordable ones I'll pass the info along!

Go to the auto store and get a can of degreaser. Drive to a manual carwash, the ones with the high pressure wands. Then while the engine is still warm spray the degreaser over everything, engine, battery, firewall, alternator, powersteering pump....all of it.....

Let it soak in a few minutes then set the wand to rinse and high pressure it all sparkly clean.

This will usually get your car dirty doing this so you can close the hood and then while you wait for it to dry out a bit you can wash the rest of the car.

Cleaning will not only make the engine look good, but the battery can actually lose current between terminals if it gets too dirty. And if leaks are there cleaning will show them up and locate them and make it easier to tighten up parts to try to stop any leaks without getting dirty every time doing it.

(And of course everyone is impressed with your clean machine.)
