Default I'm a Noobie

Hey guys i've been just browsing the forums for a while and you guys all seem nice so i decided to join .
i don't have a camaro all i have is a crappy pontiac grand prix that my dad gave me when he bought his truck.
i almost bought a'65 impala that was just a roller but i've wanted a camaro since i was 8(or so dad tells me) so i am just saving $$ and waiting for that '69 camaro to come to me . i kinda want a car that requires restoring .
my mom thinks we should try and track down my dad's '68 but we don't have the vin so i am figuring that we won't ever find it .

Welcome to the forum. If you go to the DMV and give them your old plate # or last name, they should be able to find it...if it was ever plated or registered.

You probably could but I think they charge for it. I'm betting you will have to go in person and sweet talk at the Dmv(licence bureau) or whatever the hell you call it. In Ontariobuying any vehicle you get an ownership to who it was registered to before you and you have to change into your name as "fit-road ready" or "unfit" and it has the VIN on the ownership, not sure how it works anywhere else but... and in Newfoundland when you sell a car the plates go with it, not Ontario though, that would make too much sence, more damn paperwork for them to complain about and go on strike for a raise about...
