What kind of probe do you own the 2.0 4 CYL? or The GT 2.5 V6 KLDE A-Spec? or the 2.5 V6 KLZE J-spec?

Welcome to the forum. Nice camaro, trust me when i say you are barking up the wrong tree when you are trying to compare an import to a muscle car on this forum.

i had the 2.0 4cyl, my friend had the GT 2.5 and it was actually alot quicker than i first thought it to be, but my 'maro is still faster lol, although one good thing abour probes are the fact that upgrades for them are SO cheap lol, i found a turbo online for like $150, like a legit exhaust turbo not one of those stupid 'electric intake' ones lol

Just looked up a probe gt on youtube. I really don't think 0-60 in 9-10 seconds is fast. The car was a 94 probe gt.

I've worked on far too many POS imports (including Probes) to ever consider owning one. No room under the hood of the V6's, and what's broken is always the hardest to get to. Not to mention they're slow as chit.

BTW, curb weight for a 95 Probe GT is over 2800 pounds, plus the driver and fuel. An 87 IROC Z weighs in at 3250 pounds. I have no clue where you got 2200 pounds from.

Those civics have way more than 10 grand wrapped up in them. You must not know what it actually takes to make a 4 banger that fast. I'm willing to bet they have almost 10 grand in JUST the bottom end, plus the rest of the engine, the turbo setup, suspension, transmission, etc. Not to mention, it's in no way RELIABLE power.

For 10 grand, you could buy a third gen, build a 500 hp 383 stroker, get a built transmission, get it as light as a probe, and kick import ***.
