Default FOB starts car but nothing else...Tire Mon Sys Lite

Recently purchased a 2011 Camaro RS from a family member. I had the brakes and rotors changed. Later the key fobs quit working except to start the car. At the same time, the tire Mon system light came on and all 4 psi indicators only show --. I changed the fob batteries but that didn't help. Anyone have suggestions?

I've been doing A LOT of searching and it appears this is indicative of the RCDLR (Remote Control Door Lock Receiver.) I have found the part online but I cannot for the life of me find where this is located. I bought a Haynes manual and it did not list this part at all.

Can anyone point me to where this part is located on a 2011 Camaro?

Default No wired connection?

I went out to the car to swap the receiver. There was no cable connected to the receiver. There is a spot for a small wiring connector but nothing was connected. Hmmmmm.

I reached under the headliner to look for an unconnected set of wires. I found something but there was no connector on it and the wires were all the same length, more like it was an unused bundle. I'm not sure if this was the bundle and the connector broke off somehow or if this is just and unused bundle. Man, this is a pain to troubleshoot.

Am I getting into dealer fix only arena? Or does anyone have experience with this?

Yeah, those 'official' service manuals are NOT cheap. I bought a Chilton's but it did not even address the remote keyless receiver.

I'm thinking it's auto electrical shop or dealer territory at this point.
