good to have another camaro guy

 

No, its kinda frustrating. A friend of mine told me that it wasnt much of a daily driver car. I dont know who or what to listen to...

I really wish I knew more about this...

I should say that its frustrating trying to look for a manual transmission camaro thats in my price range and fits my "needs".

 

Sounds like only 100 miles total...looks nice...I'de jump the gun on it...so don't listen to me, but would offer less to start. For that to be a daily driver...hmmm could be expensive...

 

Yeah. I plan to make this camaro my main vehicle.Although it wont have to stay that way for very long once I get out of collegeand get more money to get another vehicle (could always hang on to the camaro of course, or get a newer, better one), it would be nice to find a vehicle that wont cost alot doing work on it, paying alot for gas, etc.

Should I be looking at newer models, well, relatively new, say mid 90s to early 00s? Its just the high mileage that scares me when Im looking at these vehicles.

 

4th generations are awesome! But then again they all are.

 

I'm not sure about the 4th gen's but I know the 2nd and 3rd are not very fuel efficient, but are any muscle cars?. Although badinfluencers says his new find is...

 

if you are only getting a check for 6k you will need to look in the 90's. you also need to decide v8 or v6. both cars can and are driven daily. I have an M6 ls1 and I drive it around everywhere. when the car was stock it had a great ride. the QA1's kinda did that in [&:]

 

Well, my Buick Regal wasnt exactly efficient on gas. Back when I was living in Houstin in the city, driving stop and go off the highway, I was getting a terrible 18 MPG. Now that Im further from the city and doing more driving on the highway, I averaged about 24-26 MPG.

How would a V6/V8 compare?

 

not much worse as long as u dont goose it all the time. You will see low 20s highway if you drive right with a stick.
