Default “Hey…who’s the new guy?”

First time caller…long time listener..
oops, wrong show…
I’m looking to sell a washer and dryer…damn sorry…

Currently own two Camaro’s. My first was an ‘89 with the 2.8 juggernaut. I think I was actually beat by four old ladies headed to Church in a Corsica one Sunday morn…needless to say it was bought on looks.

My two currently have no great back story I’m aware of. I didn’t meet a widow and help her with her groceries only to find she was married to the local Chevrolet dealer. I bought mine and I’m ok with that. No intent to sell, just wanna drive them. They aren’t making any more of these and I just plain and simple love cars. Worked for a few large dealerships in S.WI, from lot boy to sales and always appreciated vehicles in general. Oddly enough detailing cars is very enjoyable…

Currently I own a ‘67 and an ‘77 dressed up like a ‘70-‘73. I’m hoping someone here may know these cars as one went thru Mecum and the other was at a large dealer in IL. Both need a few minor things..front end kits, sway bar, weather striping and things of that nature. Plan to keep them “original” as I can with everyday driver updates.

Have seen some very beautiful cars, drivers, works of art here..looks like a great place to waste a lot of time. Hopefully there are some folks in the upper Midwest looking to get together and put some miles on the tires. Own a few other toys as well and I guess the lounge is the spot to discuss those.

I still have that washer and dryer, no delivery..
thanks for your time.

thanks for your time.

You have some truly gorgeous Camaros. I would love to pull one out on a fall day with nice cool air and the stereo off. Just the sound of the engine and racing yourself (when it's safe). Still, I have an alarm and warning lights on my phone and in the cars app. Keeps me from a ticket (none since 2014). Like I said, I would love to hang out with you on some winding roads. Not to race, but to take it all in. I just love to drive. I apologize for making this about me. It's not
It's about ypu and some killer Camaro's. I remember when they were everywhere. Looks like for a lucky few....like you, they still are around 😉

I am a big fan of BMR front end kits. Sway bars, end links that still need lube, everything. It's no fun having a fast car that wiggles around over 70 mph like your aforementioned washing machine. It's all made in the USA and mine are 3x thicker end links than stock, but are made of Billet aluminum and are adjustable. They work well with my Bilstein coilovers or shocks or whatever the heck you call them. German made, and just the 4 wheel German coilovers with lowering springs (kit) was $1009.
Then the end links were $149 for the front. I have not made any changes to the rear except the coilovers.
I had an 87 Cavalier Z24 with the 2.8 MPI V6. It was a red blocky "original" design J body but unlike the 86 it was a huge upgrade to have MPI instead of Toilet Bowl Injection (TBI). The 89 Camaro was too big for a 2.8. But the 305 only have 180hp and 220 lb ft. That would have been great in those "angle body" or knight Ryder Generation '89s and I prefer them to almost every other Camaro in the looks dept.I am 50, so those 89 Camaro's were awesome to my Generation. But I think mine looks pretty sinister. I truly love Camaros. They are so flexible and parts are available for all makes and models. Peace!-Chris

Fully sinister looking. Spent a lot dressing her up as an SS/RS. But I cant affort an SS. So I have been building it piece by piece.

Here is the full SS package with diffuser. Dual mode exhaust, and its proper quick. But sadly I had to get the 3.6 with the manual trans .....but the next pic solves any power problem that I may have.....

Here is my supercharger. Its an Eaton TVS 1.76 made through Edelbrock. Its sn E-Force Supercharger 19950 part number. It will have 390 RWHP and 330 RWTQ with the tune my guy is gonna run. 👌. Im so stoked but its on backorder. All in I am at $36,980 for a truly unique car.
UPDATE: MY SUPERCHARGER I HAVE BEEN WAITING 11 MONTHS FOR HAS SHIPPED TO MY INSTALLER!!! 👍
