y-pipe and electric cutout
what exactly does the y-pipe do? does it replace the the crossflow muffler then you have two mufflers on the ends? and i just discovered electric cutouts..

they seem pretty awesome. would you get it installed after the cats? and are they legal? (in CA) i'm sure they're illegal opened but cant really catch that. if what i've said is mostly correct then i'm thinking about installing an electric cutout and y-pipe with flowmaster super 10 mufflers. cover your ears =]

y pipe connects one sides exhaust to the other. if u have inspections then i would think they would find it. then ull find out if there legal. lol. might give the site a call and ask them.

the exhaust on the f body goes from two to one then to the muffler and two out of the muffler. the are a few guys out there that have the true duels that have two pipes all the way back. not much ground clearance if u do that. the y pipe is before the cat on the f bodies that have one cat and after on the ones that have two cats. dont know on the lean thing.
