Default Windows frozen No movement, HELP!

I have a 94 Z28 convertible, over this past independance day weekend this problem accured, After I lowered all my windows and top when i got home rolled up my passenger window and put the top back up and then when putting up the drivers side window stopped as it was just a couple inches up, I heard a pop like a fuse blowing somewhere in the center of the dash. I've tested all the motors and my drivers side is def blowen, so goin to replace it, passenger works and so does my top, but the major problem is none of my door switches work with the windows nor does the convertible top switch, also my stereo doesn't turn on, but my cigar lighter works and door locks work and power controled merriors work and courtisy lights work, any advice can help

Have you looked through all the fuses? (Driver's side dash on the side that faces the door...)

You might need to check inside the door too - my window regulator caught my door wiring when the window moved... which cut/shorted the wires on it.
