what engine should i use

Default what engine should i use

wat engine should i put in my 97 rs so that i wll be runnin 11's and what other mods should i put with it.

something with around 475 hp/500tq, you would need to change your motor mounts, custom weld a lot of things, all new suspention, new rear end, new trans, the V6 camaro's suspention and other parts would not hold up to that much power, also you will need to build yourself a roll cage to put in if you plan on racing at the track, if you run faster than 11.5 they require one or you will get kicked out

If u plan to run into the 11s, get yourself a rules book from the NHRA. There are many safety rules that you must meet for them to allow something that fast on the strip. You want to build it right the first time & save yourself time & money.

first what he said^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ and as for the cage, somthing light but strong, and safe.
