I know its against all laws of manhood but I just need a commuter car and I can get a good LT1 body without motor or trans for $500 Just wondering what it would take to drop in the V6 versus the LT1 is it just a waste and just keep looking

 

welcome to the forum. unless u can find a good used lt1 and trans i would say keep looking.

 

They made the LT1 era body with a v6 too... You could just buy one.
