Default Tranny Vibration

I recently installed a B&M Ripper Shifter and since I have installed it I am hearing a vibration/buzzing type of noise coming from what sounds like right under my shifter. Now my throw out bearing has been rattling for a while so its not that its different. It seems like it has made the throw out bearing rattle louder. Any ideas on what this could be and any ways of fixing it? thanks

mine was making a lot of noise under the shifter .. it eventually got to being a violent thumping until i did anything about it. turns out my tranny mount was in 3 pieces. im not sure if this is your problem, but i hope it is.. about $40 and half an hour took care of it for me... good luck and take care of that z28... it looks good

i cant really recall,i mean obviously the mount, but i know it wasnt anything major... i know a floor jack and basic tools... youll just have to get under it.... a Haynes repair manual can really help... its like a bible to me. like i said i remember working on it no longer than 45 minutes... its only a thick rubber piece under the tranny good luck tho and let me know what happens. it should be an easy fix
