Thanks for the Help/brainstorm/Ideas....I have a few things to go on while I wait for My Tech with scanner to arrive...I will update you

 

I questioned the oxy sensor because his descriptions were all over the place.
Replaced fuel pump, was running crappy as soon as leaving the garage.
Replaced fuel filter, ran rough at the start, then better as it warmed up, then it killed.
Fixed open vacuum line, then it started running crappy after it warmed up.
Symptoms are too inconsistent to make a good judgment.

LOL That is my problem....Mind is going in a million different directions...We are talking GM...

 

Have you taken the car to get a GM professionals opinion?

 

I am trying to get a Tech to come to me...the car will not make it to a shop.
