straight pipes

Default straight pipes

is there any way that i can go with straight pipes in my 95 z. i have longtubes and a flowmaster but its not loud enough for me. i want to get rid of the muffler but keep the tail pipes

I have seen it done a couple of different ways so yes, it is most definitely possible. the most recent one i have seen the guy had one of the tail pipes ran under the axle even.

My exhaust isn't exactly straight pipes from the headers, but I have no cats or mufflers. It is custom bent true dual exhaust so there are some bends in it, but it sounds real loud and sweet.

yeah that is what i want. i dont want the muffler and i just wanted to make sure if it is possible. and also do you have any ideo how much that labor would cost me. thanks

I got mine done for I think around $900, but that price also includes the headers and headers being installed. So just for someone to do all the piping, I would say $400-$500 depending on where you go.
